Please keep this binder on the project site when possible or within your reach in the event you need to refer to it.

Section 2: BRC Important Phone Numbers (Customer CM, All Subs, and Partners).
Section 3: Site Safety Plan, JHA, AED Location, PPE, Site Rules (Signed).
Section 4: Superintendent's OSHA Certificate/Credentials.
Section 5: BRC Inc. State License.
Section 6: Project Permit(s).
Section 7: State and Federal OSHA / Workers Rights Poster (State Specific).
Physical Requirement: Plans for all work are on site (Stored in a 4” tube).
