Project: Delivery Station Fit-Out Unmothball

We worked with our distribution client to increase the delivery output of their packages in a timely fashion within the surrounding neighborhood. Our team completed the office fit-out within a compressed timeframe to ensure the client could go live as soon as possible.

Project: Delivery Station Infrastructure Installation

This project involved the installation of 250 electronic vehicle chargers within an existing parking lot. Our team navigated construction alongside an open and active parking lot for company employees, prioritizing safety and deadlines to complete the work on time.

Project: Delivery Station Infrastructure Project

Our crew installed 246 L2 chargers for this facility, including 4 L3 chargers. We worked within an occupied parking lot, ensuring staff and guests could still occupy the lot and navigate without issue. To effectively minimize disruption, we installed a preplanned plank for the charger wiring.

Project: Electronic Vehicle Charge Initiative

From Philadelphia, PA to Babylon, NY to Whisett, NC – our team has undergone over 10 separate projects for our dedicated warehouse client, installing hundreds of electronic vehicle chargers within existing parking lots.

Project: Geneva General Hospital ER Expansion

This complex project required our team to undergo renovation during an active, 24/7 emergency room facility. We utilized state-of-the-art materials to increase the ER's capacity and patient flow. The team also moved the entire radiology department closer to the ER for ease of access.

Project: Geneva General Hospital Patient Tower

Geneva General Hospital required a new patient tower adjacent to an existing healthcare building and a medical office. Wedged between two active buildings, our crew carefully navigated the demolition and new construction elements of this unique job.

Project: Geneva General Hospital Front Entrance

As we renovated Geneva General Hospital's front entrance, the area remained active. We built out the canopy in three phases, requiring careful planning to keep the entrance open and patients and their families safe as they entered and left the building.

Project: St. Anne's Hospital

Standing nineteen stories tall, we demoed St. Anne's Patient Tower by imploding the structure and turning it into a parking lot. We worked with multiple municipalities, the local fire department, police, state troopers and hospital staff to ensure thorough communication and execution.

Project: Courtyard Niagara Falls

The Courtyard hotel in Niagara Falls has a perfect location for visiting tourists. Our renovation required thoughtful planning to ensure the guests and staff could continue operations as-normal while we gave the interior spaces and rooms a fresh and updated look and feel.

Project: Marriott Townplace Suites New Construction

The location of this new construction facility required complex planning due to the surrounding land. The project required our team to dig and build the pool first, then construct the building around it.

Project: Charleston Waterfront Lobby & Public Space Renovation

This revitalized renovation required the relocation of the main entrance, updating the reception area to feature modern reception pods, installing a new breakfast and bar lounge, and updating the fitness room. We achieved our goals by undergoing construction in phases while keeping all amenities available to guests throughout the renovation.

Project: Miami Coral Gables Lobby & Public Space Renovation

The Miami Coral Gables renovation required an intricate purchasing plan, as the facility remained open while under construction. We took every step to ensure the hotel could maximize its revenue throughout this construction period and limit any inconveniences or disruptions for staff members and guests.

Project: Raleigh Embassy Suites Crabtree Renovation

While remaining open, we underwent a dramatic renovation by removing the previous interior design with forestry, trees, rocks and dirt and replaced it with a sleek and modern look to match the company’s updated branding. Our team also built out new common and meeting areas and breakfast nooks.

Project: Henry Science Center at Misericordia University

Completed during the height of COVID-19 precautions and regulations on a school campus, we successfully navigated the many challenges that came with it, including logistical and shipping delays, social distancing, masking, health scans, social distancing, contact tracing and more.

Project: Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Upper Campus Expansion

This project included the development of six separate buildings with connected infrastructure underneath the main plaza. Our crew underwent extensive earthwork as we built into the side of a hill while also building out the structures to ensure the land did not crack or settle unevenly post-construction.
