Please keep this binder on the project site when possible or within your reach in the event you need to refer to it.

Superintendents: Please review the following outline and ensure all information and physical documents are present at the site.

Section 1: Site Specific Emergency Numbers, Addresses, and Contacts.

Section 3: Site Safety Plan, JHA, AED Location, PPE, Site Rules (Signed).
